Environmental Division Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Environmental Division, overseeing operations, project delivery, staffing, and financial performance on Environmental Division led and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Develop and execute the annual division business plan, including revenue, utilization, and profitability targets. Plan strategically for long term growth.
• Collaborate with other engineering discipline leaders to support integrated, multi-disciplinary project delivery.
• Oversee resource planning, workload forecasting, and cross-functional team coordination.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in environmental consulting within an engineering environment
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering multi-disciplinary projects
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, permitting, and compliance
• Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
• Experience with resiliency projects a plus
