Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, encouragement, and life-skills coaching to residents in a new 50-bed residential treatment program for adult males.
• Support treatment goals, monitor residents, assist with medication, and facilitate daily activities such as housekeeping, meals, and transportation.
• Respond to emergencies, maintain a safe environment, and document observations to ensure effective care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
• Experience in human services or related fields preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
