About the role

Adult Residential Support Professional responsible for providing care, support, and supervision to clients in addiction recovery and restorative justice programs.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor residents
• Document behaviors and share updates with external partners
• Assist with housekeeping and supplies
• Administer medications
• Respond to emergencies
• Help residents achieve treatment goals
• Facilitate educational groups and support life skills
• Transport clients
• Perform basic first aid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Coursework in social work or related fields preferred
• Prior experience in similar settings is advantageous
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass background checks preferred
• Training in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration preferred or required

• Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
• Basic computer skills

Physical demands

Standing, bending, and outdoor activities. Community-based environment with moderate noise levels and travel for appointments may be required.
