About the role
Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time) position located in Oconomowoc, WI.
Responsibilities
- Support, supervise, and serve as a positive role model for residents
- Assist with medication monitoring and administration per program policies
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation and records
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Support residents with daily living skills and treatment goals
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately
- Transport residents to appointments and community resources
- Collect urine samples and administer breathalyzer tests as needed
- Attend staff meetings and complete required training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in human services, behavioral health, or substance use recovery preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with professionalism and boundaries
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to diverse populations
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Additional Info
Training (DHS 83) preferred or to be completed post‑hire; local travel may be required (25–50%).
