About the role

Adult Residential Support Professional responsible for supporting adult women in recovery from substance use disorders within a trauma-informed residential treatment program.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support, encouragement, and structure to residents
• Monitor residents’ well-being and document observations
• Assist with medications, meals, housekeeping, and daily tasks
• Help residents achieve treatment goals
• Respond to emergencies and transport residents to appointments
• Collect urine specimens and facilitate educational or life skills activities
• Attend staff meetings and trainings
• Maintain confidentiality
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in human services or behavioral health preferred
• Coursework in related fields a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license required
• DHS 83 training preferred (can be completed post-hire)

Schedule

2nd shift schedule (3:45 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.) with every other weekend; local community travel may be needed (up to 50%).

Pay

$17.75/hour.
