About the role
The ERP Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP processes.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP users.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP operations.
- Ensure compliance with ERP policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
