Ergo Manufacturing Technician

About the role

The Ergo Manufacturing Technician efficiently and effectively operates all functions of the Ergo Line, including blow molder, labeler, filler, inspection equipment, packaging equipment, palletizer, and associated quality verification equipment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the blowing process and adjust Ergo Line equipment to produce quality bottles, prevent defects, and perform sanitation.
• Perform and analyze quality inspections and input data into quality system software (e.g., Certified Quality System (CQS)).
• Provide immediate and preventative corrective maintenance support for the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS).
• Troubleshoot and maintain production lines, including facilitating changeovers.
• Report critical Ergo Line equipment issues to the maintenance team and manufacturing supervisors, following the standard work order notification process for non-critical issues.
• Complete other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma with 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must successfully pass a technical skills assessment evaluating equipment operation, preventive maintenance, machine adjustments, troubleshooting, quality checks, pneumatic systems, and routine equipment repair.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification.

Pay

$37.14 per hour for candidates who successfully pass the required skills assessment and meet all hiring requirements.

Schedule

Full time, open to all shifts.
