Key Responsibilities Interacting with patients and families to provide courteous assistance and address inquiries.Scheduling procedures, pre-registering patients, and obtaining necessary authorizations.Verifying insurance eligibility and capturing accurate health insurance details.Recording patient financial responsibilities and communicating operative reports to physicians.Maintaining complete and organized medical records, preparing charts, and ensuring documentation completion.Responding promptly to medical record requests and managing records storage.Handling phone calls professionally, performing additional duties as assigned, and ensuring reliable attendance. Qualifications & Skills: 0-2 years in healthcare settings involving patient registration, scheduling, or front desk roles.0-2 years in customer service roles.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Confidentiality awareness, proficiency with registration and insurance tools, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
