Responsibilities

• Interacting courteously with patients and families

• Pre-registering patients with accurate demographic details
• Verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining necessary authorizations
• Recording patient financial responsibility estimates
• Communicating operative reports to physician offices
• Organizing and maintaining complete patient medical records
• Preparing charts for upcoming procedures
• Responding to medical record requests promptly
• Providing exceptional customer service through professional communication
