ER Clinical Nurse - Part Time

About the role

This role involves providing direct patient care in a busy 16-bed emergency department serving approximately 45-50 patients daily.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within nursing standards
• Promote patient-centered care and educate families
• Ensure patient safety and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Adhere to protocols in a safety-sensitive role requiring alertness
• Contribute to quality healthcare delivery in a critical access hospital setting

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Preference for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Less than two years of experience preferred
