Equipment Service Technician - Manufacturing

This position involves ensuring equipment availability through technical expertise, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to meet manufacturing targets.

Responsibilities

• Confirm equipment safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Support production goals
• Complete scheduled maintenance using CMMS
• Support projects for new model and business strategies
• Understand equipment functionality for efficient recovery
• Utilize troubleshooting tools
• Mentor and train team members
• Perform root cause analysis to improve equipment performance
• Document activities accurately in CMMS
• Maintain safety standards
• Complete assigned training and tasks

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing environments
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime
• Willingness to travel if needed

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant experience in technical or maintenance fields

Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints
• Proficiency with electrical test meters
