What You Will Do
- Drive sales in the Charleston, SC region by promoting Johnson Controls’ comprehensive HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants, and engineers.
- Build long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Execute strategic sales processes to identify, qualify, and close on sales opportunities.
- Own outcomes with accountability by managing sales goals and ensuring the highest level of service.
- Focus on what matters by addressing customer needs and providing optimal solutions for their operations.
- Improve every day by leveraging feedback, enhancing product knowledge, and adopting innovative strategies.
- Win as one team through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
How You Will Do It
- Persuasively present Johnson Controls’ offerings to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships within the HVAC and construction industries.
- Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to track progress and enhance account management.
- Leverage continuous learning to stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical preferred).
- 5+ years of successful HVAC equipment field sales experience.
- Proven commitment to integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong initiative and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
