About the role

As an Equipment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the local market. You will work closely with existing clients to maintain and expand their equipment needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Work closely with existing clients to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions.
  • Manage relationships with current clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time may be required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule

The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening meetings and training sessions.
