About the role
This role supports the daily operations of the Asset Management department by coordinating various tasks related to equipment and logistics.
Responsibilities
- Process department invoices within CMIC and perform regular statement reviews to verify billing accuracy
- Manage payment follow-ups with vendors to maintain positive service relationships and prevent service interruptions
- Execute accurate data and cost entry in HCSS and code receipts through Corpay for the maintenance team and Asset Management Director
- Auxiliary administrative setup of new vendors, including completion of credit applications and related documentation
- Generate purchase orders for required parts and services and create work orders to support timely equipment repairs
- Maintain inventory accuracy by adding new parts to the tracking system and reconciling stock levels
- Manage critical documentation for trailers and licensed assets, including organized filing of registrations and titles
- Perform additional administrative and operational assignments as needed to support the Asset Management team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, construction administration, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in equipment support, logistics, fleet administration, construction administration, accounts payable, or a similar operational support role preferred
- Experience processing invoices, purchase orders, work orders, receipts, and vendor records with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; experience with CMIC, HCSS, Corpay, or similar business systems preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate inventory, registration, title, and asset documentation
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to follow up professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and follow-through

Pay
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
