Equipment Design Senior Engineer - Robotics

Role: The Electrical Design Robotics specialist ensures the timely delivery of robotic hardware, software, and safety designs for new models and technologies across manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities: Lead project schedules and resource management for medium to large projects, mentor associates to foster growth, oversee design reviews, implement new robotic processes, evaluate robot systems, and perform simulations and configurations in both online and offline scenarios. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of relevant expertise. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Robot CAD, and simulation tools is required. Work Conditions: Combine office and manufacturing floor work, supporting robot installations across North America, including occasional weekends and troubleshooting in demanding environments. Willingness to conduct physical confirmations and on-site debugging is essential.
