Equipment Design Senior Engineer - Robotics

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Robotics professional responsible for delivering high-quality robotic hardware, software, and safety designs to support new model and technology introductions across manufacturing facilities. Key Duties Include Leading project scheduling, resource management, and ensuring design deliverables meet milestones for medium to high complexity projects.Mentoring associates and conducting peer reviews to foster growth and ensure design standards.Implementing robotics designs for new models, coordinating across multiple production lines, and performing design reviews.Managing Plan vs. Actual reporting, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions.Leading robotic system evaluations, vendor buyoffs, and conducting simulation studies and programming in various scenarios. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience.Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Robot CAD, and simulation tools. Working Conditions Primarily office-based with some physical work on the manufacturing floor.Support for robot installations nationwide, including occasional weekend work.Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and conduct physical confirmations on-site.
