Role & Responsibilities
- Share in our mission. Assist with daily equipment management during assigned training sessions and home game days, including set-up and breakdown.
- Assist and support technical team and players during trainings and matches as needed.
- Aid in apparel distribution to players and staff during scheduled shifts.
- Help maintain and organize inventory of equipment, apparel, and footwear.
- Prepare and pack necessary apparel and equipment for traveling team before away games.
- Support non-traveling player sessions by helping set up and break down equipment at the training facility during away-game periods.
- Assist with equipment transportation to and from training facility, stadiums, bus/van/shuttles as scheduled.
- Support home game day operations including planning, prepping, set-up, break-down, and clean-up.
- Act as a liaison and assist visiting team with equipment needs during home matches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience in a professional sports environment preferred.
- Available to work weekends, game days, and other times (often outside of traditional business hours).
- Professional, positive, and proactive.
- Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solutions-orientated.
- Desire and ability to take on responsibilities in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Passion for the success of Women’s Professional Sports.
- Intermediate applied knowledge of MS Office suite.
Benefits
The position pays between $20-22 per hour depending upon experience.
Schedule
Hours will vary week to week depending on training schedules, match calendars, and operational demands.
