Equipment Coordinator (Part-Time)

Role & Responsibilities

• Share in our mission. Assist with daily equipment management during assigned training sessions and home game days, including set-up and breakdown.
• Assist and support technical team and players during trainings and matches as needed.
• Aid in apparel distribution to players and staff during scheduled shifts.
• Help maintain and organize inventory of equipment, apparel, and footwear.
• Prepare and pack necessary apparel and equipment for traveling team before away games.
• Support non-traveling player sessions by helping set up and break down equipment at the training facility during away-game periods.
• Assist with equipment transportation to and from training facility, stadiums, bus/van/shuttles as scheduled.
• Support home game day operations including planning, prepping, set-up, break-down, and clean-up.
• Act as a liaison and assist visiting team with equipment needs during home matches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in a professional sports environment preferred.
• Available to work weekends, game days, and other times (often outside of traditional business hours).
• Professional, positive, and proactive.
• Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and solutions-orientated.
• Desire and ability to take on responsibilities in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Passion for the success of Women’s Professional Sports.
• Intermediate applied knowledge of MS Office suite.

Benefits

The position pays between $20-22 per hour depending upon experience.

Schedule

Hours will vary week to week depending on training schedules, match calendars, and operational demands.
