Part Time Equipment Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Equipment Coordinator to support the processing, tracking, and distribution of medical equipment used in home-based patient care. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hands-on operational environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and accuracy. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment is properly inspected, cleaned, tested, documented, and prepared for deployment. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, clean, and test medical equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and equipment documentation.
• Coordinate equipment shipments and deliveries with internal teams and external partners.
• Organize and manage inventory within the facility to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist with order fulfillment, equipment staging, and logistics coordination.
• Troubleshoot inventory and operational issues as needed.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry or documentation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable in a physically active role, including standing, walking, and lifting equipment throughout the day.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
