Responsibilities
- Train and support staff in clinical systems for patient care
- Lead communication on new policies and procedures related to training
- Manage the full training lifecycle, including curriculum and go-live support
- Collaborate with analysts on system changes to develop training strategies
- Oversee the identification and resolution of training-related issues
- Mentor and support junior team members and trainers
- Participate in testing, validation, and workflow integration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- EpicCare Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope Certifications required
- 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or healthcare-related organization
- Strong understanding of outpatient workflows and end-to-end patient experiences
- Familiarity with ophthalmology practices' workflows
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
