Epic Training Lead

Responsibilities

• Train and support staff in clinical systems for patient care
• Lead communication on new policies and procedures related to training
• Manage the full training lifecycle, including curriculum and go-live support
• Collaborate with analysts on system changes to develop training strategies
• Oversee the identification and resolution of training-related issues
• Mentor and support junior team members and trainers
• Participate in testing, validation, and workflow integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• EpicCare Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope Certifications required
• 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or healthcare-related organization
• Strong understanding of outpatient workflows and end-to-end patient experiences
• Familiarity with ophthalmology practices' workflows
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
