Responsibilities
- Lead advanced configuration and optimization of Epic Compass Rose in support of healthcare operations.
- Translate clinical and business requirements into scalable Epic solutions.
- Manage system enhancements, perform testing and validation to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Collaborate with clinicians, product, and IT teams to drive workflow improvements and enhance data integrity.
- Support user adoption and ensure seamless integration of Epic systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Expertise in Epic Compass Rose and healthcare IT systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in system configuration, testing, and validation processes.
- Knowledge of clinical workflows and enterprise healthcare operations.
