Epic Systems Analyst

We are working with a leading faith-based, nonprofit integrated health system serving communities across the West Coast and Hawaii. This organization is dedicated to inspiring health, wholeness, and hope through its comprehensive network of hospitals, clinics, home care, and hospice agencies. The Role Lead the implementation and support of hospital information systems, specifically Epic EHR. Plan, design, implement, and maintain existing Epic systems, providing support and troubleshooting. Act as a liaison between technical support, customers, and project teams for system design, implementation, and training. Utilize comprehensive knowledge of Epic EHR system capabilities and functional use, with a focus on EpicCare Ambulatory. Design, build, and test electronic documentation solutions supporting clinical and revenue cycle workflows, including on-call duties for critical applications. Provide ongoing support, problem resolution, and education on Epic applications to end-users and team members. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience. Five years' healthcare IT application/technical experience. Five years' of applicable Epic application experience, with EpicCare Ambulatory certification highly desirable. Strong preference for candidates certified in Bones or Wisdom, and experience supporting Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine workflows in Epic. Epic Certification/Accreditation in area of responsibility. Ability to travel up to 25% for go-live events and other work-related occasions.
