Epic MyChart Senior Consultant

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as a MyChart generalist across various application areas
• Provide production support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Analyze and prioritize support tickets independently
• Enhance client EHR platforms to improve patient care and outcomes
• Support Epic Cheers Campaigns and patient engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Epic consulting, implementation, optimization, or support experience in healthcare
• MyChart certification required
• Knowledge of MyChart workflows, including configuration and optimization
• Experience in production support with troubleshooting and backlog management
• Ability to prioritize and resolve support tickets in an operational setting
• Experience with rural health or community health program support in a client-facing role
• Hands-on experience with Epic MyChart Care Companion and patient engagement workflows

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
