Epic Mychart Analyst

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to provide temporary support for the MyChart and Digital Patient Experience team. This role will primarily focus on day-to-day MyChart operations, production support, ticket resolution, questionnaire configuration, and maintenance activities while internal resources are assigned to organizational initiatives and strategic patient experience projects.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $80.00 – $90.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
