The Epic Analyst will support current work by handling maintenance and incident tickets, and request fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Request fulfillment

Requirements

• Epic Certification (or accreditation)
• Build Experience in Clindoc/ASAP
• 2+ years in the module they will be supporting
• 5 years of experience
• Tentative Duration: 12 - 18 months

Qualifications

• Experience with tickets and troubleshooting

Skills

• Experitise in 1 or more of the following modules:
