The EPIC ANALYST role involves supporting clinical service desk operations by addressing client incidents and requests related to the Epic suite, particularly focusing on clinical workflows and application issues. This position plays a critical role in maintaining service quality by managing incident resolution and contributing to knowledge development and staff mentorship, thereby ensuring effective support for clinical users and enhancing overall system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client incidents and requests concerning clinical aspects of the Epic suite
• Manage assigned and unassigned incidents to meet account service level agreements
• Handle incoming calls following account-specific procedures
• Stay current with Epic configurations and updates
• Develop knowledge management and training materials
• Analyze incident data to improve knowledge base content
• Assist and mentor service desk staff

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare systems customer service experience
• 5+ years of experience in Epic implementation, build, and support
• Experience with Epic clinical workflows and clinical care delivery
• Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
• Previous team leadership experience
• Experience with EMR system integration with other clinical systems

Pay

Starting pay range: $78,948-$164,476, dependent on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Eligibility for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
