About the role

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Business Systems Analysis Senior Specialist to join our Clinical Service Desk team. We are a recognized leader in the healthcare space, delivering targeted solutions including patient engagement, predictive analytics, healthcare cloud hosting, integration and interoperability, clinical and claims application implementation, revenue cycle management, and policy administration. Our clients include over 1,800 hospitals, 2,200 long-term care facilities, 225 acute care facilities, 43,000 clinicians, 1,000 physician practices, and 50 insurance providers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client incidents and requests regarding the clinical aspects of the Epic suite (e.g., workflow issues, application errors, user access).
• Proactively manage all assigned and unassigned incidents and requests to drive resolution and maintain account SLAs (Service Level Agreement).
• Handle incoming calls and follow account-specific processes.
• Understand the latest configurations and changes of Epic.
• Participate in the development of knowledge management and training content for staff.
• Analyze closed incidents to continuously improve and expand the knowledge base.
• Assist and mentor service desk staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Healthcare Systems-Customer Service experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Epic implementation, build, and support.
• 5+ years of clinical care delivery experience with Epic clinical workflows and functionality.
• Demonstrates a service philosophy in all interactions with clinicians and colleagues.
• Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic modules.

Preferred Skills

• Previous team leadership experience.
• Experience in EMR system integration with other clinical systems.

Pay

The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948–$164,476. Actual compensation will depend on factors including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
