Work You'll Do/Responsibilities
- Support the overall project goals and objectives within an engagement team.
- Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
- Deliver Epic KTLO and build services to the client in a global delivery model.
- Coordinate Deloitte's services across global delivery locations as an Epic SME.
- Work closely with client leaders to understand requirements, priorities, and strategies to align teams in service delivery.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and functional/technical team representatives, escalating issues as necessary.
Qualifications
- Epic Ambulatory certified/experienced.
- Experience in informatics and overall operations to IT workflows and Epic leadership.
- Lead experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work and clients served.
- Preferred hospital or clinic operations experience.
- Additional Epic Certifications.
- ITIL process knowledge.
