Lead Enterprise Epic Implementations Across a National Health System
Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Manager (Clinical) to lead enterprise-wide deployments across our national health system. You will drive end-to-end clinical application implementations, partner closely with clinical and executive leadership, and ensure successful adoption across complex care environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Clinical Epic implementations
- Oversee design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization
- Partner with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design
- Ensure adoption of best-practice clinical workflows
- Lead, coach, and manage clinical application analyst teams
- Drive milestone execution, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes
- Oversee post-go-live transition to support teams
Qualifications
- Six (6) or more years of applicable work experience required
- Minimum five (5) years of experience working with electronic medical record required
- Experience leading an Epic implementation required
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred
- Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred
- Experience leading large teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $90,251.20 to $158,662.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
