Epic Cadence Analyst
About the role
Cottage Health seeks an Epic Cadence Analyst Sr for Epic Applications department responsible for analyzing, configuring, developing, testing, implementing, supporting and maintaining Epic scheduling, referrals and related workflows solutions and business processes to meet operational and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and configures Epic Cadence, Hello World, Welcome application, Cheers, and CRM solutions.
- Develops and implements new workflows and business processes.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of software functionality and operational workflows.
- Works with patient registration workflows, such as GrandCentral and Prelude.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in nursing, information technology, allied health professions, business or a related field.
- Equivalent of 8 years of progressively responsible work experience with an emphasis in revenue cycle information applications and systems in health care, or a combination of education and experience.
- Preferred: RHIA certification.
- Minimum: Working knowledge of IT solutions and interfaces, operating platforms and network software.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical workflows and terminology specific to appropriate revenue cycle department.
- Minimum: 5 years of experience in similar clinical/revenue cycle system implementation, support, and/or project management.

Pay
Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable.
Schedule
Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health’s annual management incentive program.
