Epic Application Analyst – Willow Ambulatory

Key Responsibilities

• Takes care of responsibilities and work efforts without being asked to do so.
• Demonstrates ownership of assigned tasks and facilitates followthrough.

• Promotes excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Works with outside departments to promote, educate, and train on current applications.
• Works with other members of the Xtensys staff, clinical, and operational departments to accomplish project goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback and supporting team goals.
• Ability to multitask and complete assigned tasks independently with minimal guidance.
• Comprehensive understanding of application support.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions.
• Willow Ambulatory certification required.
