Epic Application Analyst- Willow Inpatient

Key Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer service and strong communication skills to ensure the success of all software applications.
• Works with outside departments to promote, educate and train on current applications.
• Works with other members of the Xtensys staff, clinical and operational departments and other team members to accomplish the goals established for the project.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Previous pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Absolute requirement for Epic Application Analyst Willow Inpatient certification.
