EPIC Analyst - Population Health

About the Role

Provides technical support and manages software applications within a healthcare setting, ensuring system functionality aligns with operational requirements. Works under the supervision of an IS Applications Manager, applying structured analysis and design techniques to optimize software performance and workflow integration.

Responsibilities

• Support end users by resolving system issues and maintaining software at supportable levels.
• Update and communicate software enhancements, and maintain detailed system documentation.
• Contribute to system development, including design revisions, vendor evaluations, and project planning.
• Participate in testing, training, and go-live support for new functionalities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of IT analyst experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Active Epic Certification in Healthy Planet required.
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
