Bargaining Unit Position This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement and all terms/conditions of that agreement apply and must be adhered to." We need to extract sections: - About the role: maybe the description of program and purpose. Could be "Why does the job exist?" and "How does it get done?" and "Who are the customers?" Could be combined. - Responsibilities: tasks list: admission process including Nursing Assessments & Documentation, Vitals, Withdrawal Assessments, Blood Glucose Testing, Breathalyzer Testing, Blood Draws, Treatment Plan Documentation, Discharge Plan Documentation, De-escalation, Quality Control Testing & Documentation, effective communication. - Requirements: Minimum Qualification (license), Employment Requirements (driver's license, defensive driving, safety sensitive, testing, background check, HIPAA). Also maybe "Ideal Candidate" could be Qualifications or Skills. - Qualifications: maybe "Ideal Candidate" attributes: punctual, accurate shift change, quality patient care, attention to detail handling controlled substances, ask for help, ask questions, strong leadership abilities. - Skills: maybe not explicit; could be derived from ideal candidate: leadership, communication, attention to detail, etc. - Benefits: Not mentioned except maybe "Total Compensation" link but no detail. No explicit benefits. - Pay: Salary $27.37 - $41.06 Hourly $56,931 - $85,396 Annually. Also "This position is a Pay Band C7". So we have pay info. - Schedule: Not explicit. No schedule details. So we should not create Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So only include sections with real content. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay. Possibly Benefits if any? There's mention of "Total Compensation" but no detail; we should not create Benefits unless actual benefits listed. So skip. Now we need to format. Use

for each heading. Inside each section, use

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's craft. About the role: combine program description and purpose. Paragraph: "DOH and NMBHI are proud to offer a medically assisted withdrawal management program and a residential treatment program for Northern New Mexico! This program will provide medical and clinical assistance to address barriers and improve the overall quality of life for our clients that struggle with substance abuse and addiction. We will provide a safe and effective program that focuses on the client's needs in preparation for a successful discharge to a lower level of care. The residential team will consist of Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Patient Care Assistants (EMTs, Medical Assistants, CPSW preferred), and a Clinical Team of counselors. This posting will be used for ongoing recruitment and may close at any time. Applicant lists may be screened more than once." Then maybe include "Why does the job exist?" and "How does it get done?" and "Who are the customers?" as part of About the role? Could be separate but we can keep as prose. But we need to avoid duplication. We'll include those details in About the role. Let's write a paragraph that includes those points. Maybe better: separate paragraphs for each subheading but we only have

    . We can have multiple

    under same heading. Thus:

    About the role

DOH and NMBHI are proud to offer a medically assisted withdrawal management program and a residential treatment program for Northern New Mexico! Applicant lists may be screened more than once.

Why does the job exist? This RN position will provide direct patient care during substance abuse withdrawal management. This position will work in close proximity to the Nurse Practitioner and the Patient Care Assistants to ensure all needs of the clients and program are met daily. The RN position helps keep the pace for the team and ensures the daily schedule is adhered to. The RN is the point of contact for the leadership team to address crisis, behaviors, emergencies, etc.

How does it get done? The job gets done by performing tasks such as: being responsible for the admission process including; Nursing Assessments & Documentation, Vitals, Withdrawal Assessments, Blood Glucose Testing, Breathalyzer Testing, Blood Draws, Treatment Plan Documentation, Discharge Plan Documentation, De-escalation, Quality Control Testing & Documentation, effective communication.

Who are the customers? Through the vision of NMDOH and NMBHI, we will standardize our program alongside other state substance abuse programs in effort to open our doors to all New Mexicans that struggle with substance abuse.

But note that the tasks list is also responsibilities; we might move that to Responsibilities section to avoid duplication. However the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep it in both places? Might be duplication but okay. Better to separate: About the role includes purpose and customers; Responsibilities includes tasks list. Thus we will move the tasks list to Responsibilities. So About the role: program description, why job exists, who are customers. Responsibilities: list of tasks. Requirements: Minimum Qualification and Employment Requirements (including driver's license, defensive driving, safety sensitive, testing, background check, HIPAA). Also maybe "Bargaining Unit Position" could be under Requirements? It's a condition but could be under Requirements or separate. We'll include under Requirements. Qualifications: Ideal Candidate attributes. Skills: maybe derived from Ideal Candidate: leadership, communication, attention to detail, ability to ask for help, ask questions, etc. But we need to avoid inventing; we can list those as skills if they are explicitly stated. The Ideal Candidate includes: arrives on time, accurate shift change, quality patient care, increased attention to detail handling controlled substances, able to ask for help before it affects workflow, comfortable asking questions to clarify processes/policies, strong leadership abilities. Those are more qualifications/skills. We could treat them as Qualifications (maybe "Qualifications" heading) and Skills maybe not needed. But we need to decide. We have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can put Ideal Candidate under Qualifications (or Skills). Since they are about candidate attributes, could be Qualifications. But we already have Minimum Qualification under Requirements. Might be overlapping. Better to split: Requirements = mandatory licensure, driver's license, etc. Qualifications = ideal candidate attributes (leadership, attention to detail, etc.). Skills could be left out if not distinct. But we need to include a section only if posting has real specific content. If we don't have distinct skills beyond qualifications, we could omit Skills section. However we might still include Skills if we can extract from ideal candidate: "strong leadership abilities", "attention to detail", "effective communication". Those are skills. But they are also qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could put them under Skills and keep Qualifications for minimum qualifications? But we already have Minimum Qualification under Requirements. Hmm. Let's define: - Requirements: mandatory items (license, driver's license, defensive driving, safety sensitive, testing, background check, HIPAA, bargaining unit). - Qualifications: ideal candidate attributes (punctual, accurate shift change, quality patient care, attention to detail handling controlled substances, ask for help, ask questions, strong leadership abilities). - Skills: maybe
