About the role
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani is seeking multiple attorneys with 2-6 years of experience to join their Environmental/Toxic Tort Litigation Practice Group in Chicago and Southern Illinois offices. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Perform legal research
- Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence
- Attend court conferences
- Handle investigations and discovery, including depositions

Pay
Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market. The firm's current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+.
Schedule
Full-time positions are available, with the option for remote work and alternative work arrangements. Contract opportunities are also available throughout the country.
