Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, backhoes and other equipment in accordance with safety standards and project specifications
• Perform site preparation, grading, excavation, and land clearing activities with precision and care for environmental considerations
• Carry out routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Follow environmental regulations and company policies to minimize ecological impact during operations
• Collaborate with project managers, environmental specialists, and team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently
• Document operational activities and report any issues or hazards promptly

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in environmental or construction settings
• Valid certification or licensing for heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of environmental safety standards and best practices
• Strong understanding of site safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Adequate understanding of reading and interpreting project plans and technical instructions
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
