CIP/Environmental Operator

Job Summary

DFA/Kemps has immediate openings for CIP Operators to perform tasks such as maintaining, breaking down, and setting up equipment and machinery, troubleshooting basic to moderate operating issues, processing finished or raw materials according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, break down, and set up equipment and machinery
• Resolve basic to moderate operating issues
• Process finished or raw materials
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Communicate effectively with all departments
• Meet daily deadlines

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including drug, background, and criminal checks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a wet environment
• May have some exposure to dust, fumes, and cleaning chemicals
• Able to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
