Environmental Coordinator

The Environmental Coordinator oversees the full lifecycle of environmental equipment orders at the Utah location, from receipt to return. This role combines hands-on shipping and receiving with proactive customer service, including processing web and phone orders, coordinating equipment testing, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with specialized environmental equipment, thrives in a small, collaborative team, and takes pride in meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle 510 equipment orders per day, including both incoming and outgoing orders, and ensure each order is processed accurately and on time.
• Receive orders from multiple channels, including web orders, phone calls, and emails, and enter any missing or required information into the internal systems.
• Communicate directly with customers by phone and email to confirm order details, answer questions, and provide status updates throughout the order lifecycle.
