If you have been doing this work long enough to know the difference between a good operation and a great one, this is worth your time to read. We are placing a Customs Entry Writer for a well-established logistics operation. This is a team where people actually stay. The environment is collaborative, the work is consistent, and there is room to grow into a long-term career here, not just a short-term gig.

This is a high-volume role. The team runs 100-150 entries per month. If that number excites you rather than intimidates you, you are exactly who we are looking for.

Responsibilities

• Full entry writing from start to finish, including HTS classification and FDA/PGA compliance
• Managing "may proceed" releases and responding immediately when FDA exams are triggered
• Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and steamship lines
• Catching and correcting errors before they become problems
• Supporting import compliance and working alongside a manager who values your expertise

Requirements

• 3+ years in entry writing or brokerage operations
• Strong knowledge of HTS codes
• Understanding of FDA exams and their impact on clients
• Ability to work quickly without cutting corners
• Pride in maintaining clean files
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

QuestaWeb experience is a bonus.

Pay

$25-$30/hr
