Responsibilities
- Full entry writing from start to finish, including HTS classification and FDA/PGA compliance
- Managing "may proceed" releases and responding immediately when FDA exams are triggered
- Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and steamship lines
- Catching and correcting errors before they become problems
- Supporting import compliance and working alongside a manager who values your expertise
Requirements
- 3+ years in entry writing or brokerage operations
- Knowledge of HTS codes
- Understanding of FDA exams and their impact on clients
- Pride in clean files and ability to move fast without cutting corners
Qualifications
- Experience with QuestaWeb is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
