We are placing a Customs Entry Writer for a well-established logistics operation in Park Ridge, IL. This is a team where people actually stay. The environment is collaborative, the work is consistent, and there is room to grow into a long-term career here, not just a short-term gig.

Responsibilities

• Full entry writing from start to finish, including HTS classification and FDA/PGA compliance
• Managing "may proceed" releases and responding immediately when FDA exams are triggered
• Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and steamship lines
• Catching and correcting errors before they become problems
• Supporting import compliance and working alongside a manager who values your expertise

Requirements

• You have 3+ years in entry writing or brokerage operations
• You know your HTS codes
• You understand what FDA exams mean for a client and you do not need to be told twice to pick up the phone
• You take pride in clean files and you can move fast without cutting corners

Qualifications

• QuestaWeb experience is a bonus
• Micrsoft Office proficiency is a must
