Entry-Level Wastewater Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented early career professional to join our team in our Boston, MA office beginning in December—an ideal opportunity for December 2025 graduates!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of wastewater treatment systems
• Conduct fieldwork and site inspections for wastewater projects
• Support the preparation of reports, technical documents, and permit applications
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS for design and analysis
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental or civil engineering with a focus in wastewater engineering
• EIT certification preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD required
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills; working knowledge of MS Office programs
• Experience with ERSI ArcMap a plus

Pay

$75,000 - $80,000 / year
