Entry-Level Trainer
About the role
As a Trainer you’ll lead in‑person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users in addition to our own staff. You will be the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives. You’ll be involved in the training process from start to finish, from instructional design to the development of training materials and scenarios. Outside the classroom, trainers work in tight‑knit teams to design workflow‑based training content, collaborate directly with organizations to help develop their training, and contribute to projects that make the software more intuitive. Experience on stage, in a classroom, or as a tour guide is a plus.

- Lead in‑person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, other healthcare users, and Epic staff.
- Serve as the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their onboarding experience.
- Participate in the full training lifecycle: instructional design, development of training materials and scenarios, and delivery.
- Design workflow‑based training content in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
