Entry-Level Trainer
About the role
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. Serve as the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training sessions for Epic software
- Work with organizations to develop their training programs
- Develop workflow-based training content and scenarios
- Collaborate with trainers to design and deliver training materials and scenarios
- Engage with physicians, nurses, and other care providers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
- Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
- A history of academic and professional success
- Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)

- Experience with instructional design and scenario development

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
