About the role

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users. Serve as the first point of contact for many staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
  • Work closely with organizations to develop their training needs and workflows.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and scenarios.
  • Collaborate with trainers to design workflow-based training content.
  • Engage with staff and users to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
  • Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, typically including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
