Entry-Level Trainer

About the role

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as our own staff. Serve as the first point of contact for many of our staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and assisting them in saving lives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training sessions for Epic software
  • Work closely with organizations to develop their training programs
  • Develop and deliver workflow-based training content
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure training materials are intuitive and user-friendly

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
  • Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
  • A history of academic and professional success
  • Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with a typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Typical work schedule includes 40 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends required for training sessions.
