SpartanX Solar is hiring Entry-Level Solar Sales Representatives to help grow our Pennsylvania market. You don't need solar experience. We're looking for people who are confident talking to others, willing to learn, competitive, and motivated by performance. If you've worked in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, athletics, construction, or another people-facing environment, your experience can translate well here. What You'll Do Talk directly with homeowners in local neighborhoodsIntroduce homeowners to residential solarIdentify interested and qualified homeownersGenerate appointments and sales opportunitiesLearn how to communicate the benefits of solar clearly and professionallyBuild your sales and communication skills through hands-on trainingWork with experienced sales leaders and consultants No Solar Experience?
