Entry-Level Sales Representative - Up to $120k+ Yearly

What You’ll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and knock doors daily
• Speak with homeowners and introduce waste collection services
• Educate customers on: Service reliability and consistency, Cost savings vs. current providers, Convenience of scheduled pickup
• Generate new customers and close service sign-ups on the spot
• Track daily activity (doors, conversations, conversions)
• Maintain a consistent pipeline through follow-ups and referrals

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interaction
• Strong communication and people skills

• Able to work independently and stay consistent
