What You’ll Do

  • Possessors will prospect homeowners within assigned territories and generate new business opportunities.
  • They will conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage or roofing needs.
  • They will educate homeowners on roofing solutions, restoration services, and insurance claim processes.
  • They will build strong customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and follow-up.
  • They will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contracts.
  • They will meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
