About the role
In this role, you'll engage homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce our professional painting services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants.
Responsibilities
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners
- Introduce homeowners to Xclusive Painting Company's services
- Educate potential customers about exterior and interior painting solutions
- Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments
- Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments
- Represent the company professionally in the community
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment quality
Requirements
- Previous door-to-door, canvassing, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Reliable transportation preferred
