Responsibilities
- Run Company-Provided Appointments
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Conduct professional in-home consultations
- Review energy usage and homeowner goals
- Educate customers on solar energy solutions and available programs
- Build trust through honest and consultative conversations
- Present & Close Solutions
- Present customized solar recommendations
- Explain financial benefits, incentives, and ownership options
- Address homeowner questions and concerns
- Guide customers through the enrollment process
- Close sales while maintaining a high standard of professionalism
- Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Ensure homeowners feel informed and confident in their decisions
- Generate referrals and additional opportunities through satisfied customers
- Personal Growth & Development
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
- Develop expertise in renewable energy and solar solutions

Qualifications
- Experience in any of the following is beneficial: Solar sales Roofing sales Home improvement sales In-home sales Door-to-door sales Insurance sales Automotive sales Retail sales Customer service Business development previous HVAC sales experience Solar experience is a plus but not required.
